Minda is designed to support mental well-being but is not a substitute for professional care in emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, including thoughts of self-harm, harming others, or any mental health emergency:

Stop using Minda immediately.
Contact emergency services (911 in the US).
Call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 (US).
Visit your nearest emergency room.
Seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.

Minda does not offer emergency or crisis services and cannot intervene in urgent situations.

2. About Minda

Minda is an AI-powered mental well-being platform operated by SELECTED FANS, a Delaware entity located at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901. Our mission is to provide accessible mental health support through technology. While Minda is free for the first five sessions, additional sessions may require a paid subscription in the future.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 13 years old to access Minda. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must:

Have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Minda.
Ensure that a parent or guardian reviews and agrees to these Terms.

By using Minda, you affirm that you meet the age requirements and have provided truthful information about your age.

4. Free Sessions and Future Payments

Minda currently offers unlimited free sessions; however, this will change soon, and only the first five sessions will be free. Additional sessions may require a subscription, with details provided before payment is required.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Minda stores user interactions securely. We are committed to safeguarding user data and implementing strong security measures, including anonymization and additional safeguards in the near future.

Data deletion requests can be processed by contacting us at love@minda.co.

6. Limitations of the Service

By using Minda, you acknowledge and agree that:

Minda is not a replacement for professional mental health treatment.
The AI may provide incomplete or incorrect responses.
Results and benefits from using Minda are not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on your interactions with Minda.

7. User Accounts

Users must create an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Notify us immediately at love@minda.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use Minda for illegal or harmful purposes.
Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Misrepresent yourself or your intentions while using Minda.
Share account credentials with others.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

Minda and its content, including the underlying AI model, are the intellectual property of SELECTED FANS. By using the service, you grant Minda a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your input for research, development, and quality assurance purposes. This license is limited to improving the platform and enhancing the user experience. Ownership of your original input remains with you.
